All purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued. Critters In Need will only offer a refund within 30 days in the unfortunate event that an item does not arrive or arrives damaged.
Contact Critters@CrittersInNeed.com to obtain a Return Authorization number within 30 days of the order. Purchases with a Return Authorization Number will be refunded back via PayPal. No refunds will be issued without a Return Authorization Number.
